Cracked Magazine published a hilarious article on bizarre workers’ comp claims. In one Montana case, the court granted benefits to an employee at Great Bear Adventures who thought that it would be a great idea to smoke all of his weed before he performed his job feeding bears. The bear ignored the food and started eating his leg instead. The court granted benefits, ruling that they saw no evidence the claimant's pot smoking had anything to do with the Bear’s decision maul him. I particularly like #5 on the Cracked list, which is way too risqué for this blog.
