If your employer has posted in a prominent place in the workplace a list of panel providers, you may have an obligation to treat with one of those panel providers for a period of up to 90 days from the date that you first visit the provider.  Keep in mind that you have the right to choose from among the providers on the list.  Exercise that right. At the end of that 90‑day period, make sure you treat with a provider of your choice. As a practical matter, most employers do not comply with the log list of legal requirements they must meet before injured employees have any obligation to treat with a company provider.
