Pennsylvania County Resource Guides for Injured Workers
A workers' compensation dispute can leave you without a paycheck while the bills keep coming. Delayed wage-loss benefits, interrupted medical treatment, and a denied claim can all put a family under real financial pressure. We put together a resource guide for each county we serve so injured workers and their families know where to look for help while the claim is pending.
If you have questions about your claim, call The Boles Firm at 215-398-4514 to speak directly with attorney Gregory Boles.

A Tip While Your Claim Is Pending
Insurance companies sometimes argue that a gap in treatment means your injury got better or your work restrictions ended. Try to keep up with your medical appointments whenever you can, and write down the reason for any missed visit. Keep copies of your medical records, pay stubs, insurance paperwork, and every message from your employer.
Please Note
These guides share general information and are not legal advice. Programs, services, and eligibility rules change, so check with each organization before you rely on it.
